The
              Metcalf Commercial Park Association Incorporated,
              (MCPA) was established on September
              16, 1999, in the state of Colorado, as a Colorado Nonprofit Corporation
              to operate the Common Interest Community known as Metcalf Commercial
              Park, 281 Metcalf Road, Town of Avon, County of Eagle,
              State Of Colorado, In accordance with the Common Interest Ownership
              Act, 38-33-101 et. Seq., as amended 
            By virtue of ownership in any of the twenty two
              commercial condominiums comprising the MCP subject the Owner to
              automatic memebership with all the rights, privileges, and obligations
              as set forth in a number of governing documents controlling the
              affairs of the "Association". 
            Provided within this website, under each 
              topic heading on the left and drop down menus, are copies
              of the governing documents and other related material available
              for review or printing out on your computer.
